The house has 2 bedrooms on the ground floor with direct access to the garden and outdoor swimming pool and a suite with a 7 m2 balcony upstairs.

Particular reference is made to the living - room with two glass walls which meet to create a large window facing the Lagoon, which helps to create a feeling of continuity between the inside and outside parts of the house.
